THAT’S ME

For me photography is about seeing something and capturing it. When I am out with my camera I am looking for special sceneries and moments. I like capturing people, landscape and situations while travelling to countries around the world. Back home looking at my pictures I remember the temperature for example in South America or the odors visiting markets in Asia. I hope that I can convey part of this to you when you visit my site.

MY EQUIPMENT

I switched in September 2020 to a mirrorless camera and use now – in addition to the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV and EOS 7D Mark II – the new Canon R5. In terms of lenses I use the following Canon lenses for landscape: RF 2.8 24-70mm, EF 11-24mm and EF 17-40mm, for street and people: RF 24-70mm, EF 24-105mm and EF 70-200mm, for wildlife: EF 100-400mm and the EF 200-400mm with in-built extender.
